Technician is provided a company
vehicle that is kept with employee 24 hours a day.
Employee uses vehicle to travel to and from work and
to and from each job. All vehicle expenses are paid
by the company; which includes gas, insurance and
maintenance.
Technician uses company vehicle
to transport all company provided cleaning, sealing
and restoration equipment. Technician is paid an
hourly wage with all government taxes deducted from
paycheck (this is not a 1099 position).
Job duties include
power washing and sealing/staining decks, fences,
roofs and other outdoor wood.
Hours are typically Monday
through Friday, 45 to 50 hours per week. Weekends and
additional overtime is sometimes required.
